Free Counselling Service available



Are you struggling with the pressures of work or balancing your home life? Do you need someone to talk to about the current situations or a passing of a Client?


To help support Staff both inside and outside of work, we have sourced an External Counsellor – Jaime Ross.


Jaime can be contacted for support for the following;

- General Health & Wellbeing

- COVID-19 Anxiety

- Stress Management

- Bereavement of a Client, Friend or Family Member

- Mental Health issues

- Relationship advice


We are providing this service free of charge to all Care Staff and it is strictly confidential between Jaime and yourself. To arrange an initial consultation, please use the Buttons below to contact Jaime via Phone or Email.

We believe to be able to grow as a Company and an Employer, it is extremely important to have your input and how you feel we can improve our services for both Clients and Staff.


Constructive feedback is truly welcome and can be completely anonymous should you wish. Purposely negative or derogatory comments will be dismissed.

Recommend a Friend



If you know a Friend or Family Member that would be interested in a position with us, you can recommend them to PCS and we will provide you with a referral bonus!

Refer a Friend and earn £200, or refer 3 Friends in 3 Months and receive an extra £50 bonus!!

If you have recommended a Friend to PCS in the last 4-6 weeks, you can also benefit from the bonus.

Applicants must have completed their 3 month probationary period for Staff to be eligible for your bonus.



Wellbeing for Women Hub



We are now proud advocates for Wellbeing of Women and have given our support to the 'Menopause Workplace Pledge'.


This is something our Director, Nicola, is very passionate about. We want to ensure any women working with PCS is supported during times of menopause and perimenopause.
